Hummingbird tosses egg and lizard screen captures for those following Phoebe.
The lizard approaches and a few minutes later she tossed the egg which I guess was dead. I am getting nothing done watching this.

anyway, thanks for posting these pictures. I went to the video and it's taking a looong time to load.

what time was this?

I just keep the bird in a pop out window on one side of the screen while I'm working. when I hear the bzzzzzzrt, I look.

but I wasn't at the computer during this part.

I'm so sorry that first egg didn't make it. I've never seen a hummingbird hatch before. It would be wonderful to see.

These lay three times a year, right?
