Any fans of The Waterboys here?
When threads about 80's music come up, I should mention them.

"Fisherman's Blues" was one of the best albums of 1988. Lots of treats on there. Besides the title track, there's "World Party", "Has Anyone Here Seen Hank?" and "Strange Boat". But it's all good.

Between the Pogues and Johnny Flynn next to Flogging Molly or the Paperboy's. Under "E" for Erin.

6. strange boat is one of my "ushering in the spring" songs
Put it in the car CD player, roll the windows down, and check out all the new green stuff in the world. This is the Sea is another great song for the same purpose, but Strange Boat is definitely my favorite of theirs. Great stuff.
