3. If the YouTube cut I just listened to is to pitch, then it's in E minor.
The reason it may sound weird to you is that some of the chords imply different "flavors" of E minor.

In classical harmony a minor key generally sticks to the chords generated by the aeolian (natural minor) mode.

You can hear what that sounds like by playing a C major scale from A up to A.

"Don't Bother Me" has chord changes that can are derived from E natural minor, but also from the E dorian and phrygian modes.

E natural minor = E, F#, G, A, B, C, D, E
E dorian = E, F#, G, A, B, C#, D, E
E phrygian = E, F, G, A, B, C, D, E
