Jason is having his jaw rebuilt today. They are going to harvest bone from other parts of his body to do it. It's going to be very painful for him during recovery.

If you could just please keep him in your thoughts today, I will update how he is doing.

21. **UPDATE**

Jason is still in the hospital and probably will be for a couple of more days. He says his face is very swollen and he can't smile. They made three incisions on his face but they shouldn't be too noticeable once he heals. He is on "push button" diaulid which he says is just barely enough.

We might have to postpone our monday night special time in Boulder this week, but that's ok with me. Just as long as he takes it easy.

Jason hasn't been able to eat for the last few months and has lost 30lbs. Once he is fully healed and eating regular again, we're going to order a pizza!

All he can eat now is ensure, chinese soup that he orders, and cottage cheese.
