Just did an interval run.
25 minute warm up run, followed by 10 minutes of running HARD, then 2 minute walk break, finishing with 10 more minutes of running HARD.

Soooo tired....but I feel accomplished!

I did my first heavy interval training in the pool today, too. 8 x 100 on 1:35. I'm gonna sleep good!

Although, I don't swim so I have no head for how far that is or how fast, but 800 sounds darn hard!
