Question from my boss - (I know the lounge would know the answer)
"If you click on someone's profile in Facebook, would they know you looked them up?"

I have no clue, and there are no teenagers around to ask. So, I'm asking the next best experts.

2. No, but solidarity and all, I would tell him/her yes.
It sounds like a boss that wants to spy.

4. Well, he wants to look up an old classmate, and he's not exactly tech-savvy.
He'll probably have me or his wife do it anyway.

3. Related Question: those programs that say they let you know who has visited your page
Do they work or are they snake oil?

5. i tried one, and it worked, but only the one time i used it ... i tried to go
back later and do it again, and couldn't get it to work.

not sure if it was me or the program.

i don't like those things that make you invite ALL your friends before you even know if the damn thing will work!

plus, i don't really care that much who is looking at my profile ... if i don't want someone to see something, i don't put it on facebook!

8. It appears to pull random friends from your list.
One of my "top followers" is a person who passed away last summer. (cue the jokes about not having any friends)
