I probably need to reboot my computer or something. The account keeps getting disabled and then wants a new password, do that then start over and it times out, gets disabled - tried the pop-up window's suggestion of hitting the "contact us" link and found these "help"ful instructions.

I have a headache and I'm going to go take a nap. 2 hours and I am nowhere. Sort of like dealing with kxci.
