1. I only missed 4.
I was born in the 70s, so I guess I know most of the answers from watching WAY too much tv.

4. The first car I actually owned...
.
...was a 1971 Opel Sport Coupe. I had experience driving a 1964 push-button
automatic transmission ragtop Dodge Dart and a Jeep snd field ambulance and
military 2-1/2 ton trucks.
.
Until I bought the Opel, all had headlight dimmer switches on the floor (I'm
pretty sure about the military vehicles).
.
Bought it in a RUSH -- took it straight home, loaded it up and headed down
South for my new post with the 101st Airborne.
.
My dad was friends with the dealer and got me a GREAT deal (I thought --
but the rusted-out exhaust system simply fell off 3 days after I got it).
.
Starting to get dark. Probed around FOREVER with my left foot for the dimmer
switch. Finally pulled over and "realized" that it had been "taken out", almost
certainly ruined by the previous owner. They even replaced the carpet perfectly
to conceal its absence.
.
GREAT. No dimmer switch -- luckily my headlights weren't already on bright.
.
It was a good 3 weeks before I accidentally found my dimmer "switch" on the
turn-signal column stick.
.
I felt like a doofus and a genius in the same moment.
.

3. 18 right (missed the coming-and-going car and "I'll be down to get you in a____")
.
It is true.
.
I am officially older than dirt.
.
.
.
(In my best Darth Vader voice) "Dirt... ... ... I am your father."
.
.
.
.
.
Where the hell ARE those glasses?
.
.
.
.
AND YOU PUNKS GET OFF MY DAMN LAWN!!!
