1. Sonoran hot dogs. Unbelievably delicious and addicting.

of hot dog stands located all around Tucson.

Basically a hot dog in a bollilo roll -- kind of
a hot dog roll, but thicker and fluffier.

Condiments that it will come with if you don't specify:

bacon (WRAP THAT RASCAL -- the cook does this while grilling)
mayo (mixed with a little lemon juice)
mustard
ketchup
pinto beans
shredded cheese
chopped tomatoes
chopped onions
sliced or blended jalapenos
a roasted chili pepper on the side

Condiments you yourself can add from the almost-always-present salsa bar:

radish slices
cucumber slices
roasted green onions
many choices of red salsa heats and usually a salsa verde (green)

we must get 30 packets of sauces and other condiments that we don't use. But I don't know how to tell them to NOT put them in.
