1. I didn't get to listen to the debate on C-SPAN

for very long yesterday but this cartoon does highlight what Baucus was saying when I did. Other bills passed by budget resolution:

COBRA
CHIP

Both the 2001 and 2003 Bush Tax Cuts which combined added over a trillion to the deficit, if I remember the figures correctly. Surprise, surprise!
