2. I doubt if any of them are natural
anymore. I mean, over 40 and being as hot as them I'm sure they've had some help along the way.

6. Demi Moore had $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery
...before her rather short-lived comeback in Charlie's Angels. I think you could get some of that work done much cheaper and some of it isn't necessary if you're not being filmed. In your 40s, you could still do a lot to maintain your body with just weight training and lipo -- the butt-lift and chest implants are not really necessary in my humble opinion. Don't see anyway around a certain amount of work done on the face after 40, though. But it's still at an age where a normal woman could afford it -- a few hundred a year for Botox, another few hundred a year for peels (if you get coupons or incentives from your cosmetic surgeon or derm). I'm in my 40s, but I don't think I'm spilling any great secrets. Yeah, Mother Nature meant for us to be grandmothers and to be dead and out of the way at age 40 -- at this age, it does take technology to maintain.

7. A lot of it is sun damage
You can help your skin a lot, especially the face, by not getting too much sun and always using a sunscreen. And yes, wearing a hat. Your grandma was right.

Having said that. I do infact look better than I did in my younger years. I finally look like an adult. I looked 14-15 for the longest time.

3. hmmm
Madonna was looking pretty ragged for awhile but she finally bit the bullet and had some work done on her face. The low point was the Jane cover where they had to comb her hair over her face to hide all the wrinkles. But she seems to have addressed the issue now. Since I'm her age, it was a bit depressing to see how shabby her face had gotten for awhile there -- made me feel quite ancient!

9. My wife bears a strong resemblance to Mimi Rogers, only not as rail-thin.
How lucky can a guy get? Mimi Rogers was one of my favorite actresses long before I met my wife. So to fall in love and marry someone who looks like her......well, sometimes, life is good. :-)

12. ME! :c)
I'm 43, professional IT manager by day, BBW erotic model evenings/weekends. Former professional musician and former professional chef who is very politically and socially active, does volunteer work and helps friends and family in need whenever possible. I raised my son and foster son as a single parent, both boys are now 22 and independent, living on their own and paying their own bills. Not only that, they are doing it while doing something they really enjoy.

No wrinkles yet, grey is covered (started going grey at 25), and I have to admit, I have great skin. Check out the modelling portfolio pics if you dare (some NSFW). If you don't think fat chicks can be attractive, don't click on the link.

As far as celebs over 40, Julianne Moore and Jodie Foster are my faves. They seem to be very down-to-earth and intelligent, and not wrapped up in all the hollywood-beauty hyper. Another is Bonnie Raitt.

18. Thank YOU, SuffragetteSal!
:c) I am hoping to age as gracefully as my mother is doing. She's 67 and is a beautiful and dignified woman, and still looks younger than her age.

Emma Thompson has remarried. After she dumped Kenneth Branagh, my hopes were rekindled...

Ah, hell. I'm too old for her anyway.

19. Frankly, Helen Mirren still gets me turned on.
I'm 40 tomorrow, have had a thing for her since I was 20. My friend is the same way about Maureen O'Hara.

Too bad Marisa Tomei just misses it. She looks better now than when she was younger.

25. One of my picks
Sigourney Weaver

Trivia: In Aliens IV: Alien Resurrection we see her make a behind her back near full court goal on a basketball court. It was real.
