Kozlowski is one of the ugliest people on the planet, inside and out. I saw coverage of Kozlowski, his wife and Swartz on their way to court - they were smiling and laughing like they didn't have a care in the world. There are no words for creeps like this. It's like they know they are going to get off with a slap on the wrist and have no remorse for their actions.

According to Assistant DA, Ann Donnelly, "Kozlowski and Swartz "thought they were above the law," ..."These defendants stole huge amounts of money, with two fists."

Kozlowski, 57, and Swartz, 43, are accused of stealing $170 million by taking unauthorized bonuses and by abusing company loan programs. They allegedly netted another $430 million by manipulating Tyco stock prices from 1995 through 2002.

In George W. Bush's America, white-collar criminals are heros to be admired and emulated.
