To the best of my knowledge, I am the only one who does this.

This is the most comfortable way for me to drive, and everything is about my comfort, when it comes right down to it.

It is a little difficult to smoke and drink a coffee while doing this, but I manage.

I can't drive without smoking and drinking a coffee, while combing my hair in the rear view mirror.

That being said, I hate it when inconsiderate people talk on their cell phone while driving. That is very dangerous.
