1. I do both - usually mixed together.
Example: "May you and all the fucking shitwads in your family rot in a special Hell made from the stinking cesspool of That dickhead Limbaugh's summer mansion while you asswipe bastards are subjected to endless hours of Howard Cosell and Tiny Tim on a 13" B&W piece of shit TV."
