I have a co-worker who always gets her way. |
|
She complains to the boss about anything the rest of us do that she doesn't like. It's very frustrating and it makes the rest of us not want to do anything because we are afraid that we might offend her and get fired.
We think she is sleeping with the boss.

3. I had a supervisor like that once. |

We all thought it was because she was sleeping with the boss... and then a while later she hired her friend, and made the mistake of confiding in her friend... heheh, unfortunately for her, this friend liked to gossip about her steamy office relationship drama. :D

4. We got this email yesterday |
|
Our working hours are 8:00am-4:30 pm M-F. You are expected to be at work on time and leave on time unless you have special dispensation. So we are all now wondering who has special dispensation and how do we get it? There are at least 5 employees that leave between 3:30 and 4:00pm every day. They are not here at 7:30 when I get here so that theory is out the window. Since there is not a list can we assume they are the special dispensation crowd? There is one person who comes in at 8:20 daily, leaves for a hour between 2-3 daily, then leaves at 4:25. If the boss is scheduled off they may or may not come in at all.

7. At one large company where I worked, the bosses cut a sweet deal with one mid-level employee |
|
and it provided him with a flexible schedule right after they had put down the hammer on everyone else. Too bad the COO sent the email himself and selected "Send to all" rather than just the employee involved.
Heh.
