1. Some of them do, but my cat rarely does - mostly because he's usually asleep. |
|
The other reason is because he's already seen it all and mostly doesn't give a shit unless it involves food.

2. parrots are pretty much a skeptic on the subject of human sanity |
|
they not so secretly feel that if they don't keep you under the firm claw of command, god knows what silliness you'll get up
they'll try inspecting your activities with their heads turned upside down, but nope, no use, you are just as laughable from that perspective...

Cleo has that look on her face when she wakes me up, and it stays there until she lets me go to sleep.

That my dog Sandy loves sleeping with me. I work an overnight shift, so when I get home in the morning, she's excited about crawling nto bed beside me. Then later, in the evening when I lay back down, my wife will come in to say goodnight and she gets some major looks as if to say "hell no you aren't sleeping here, this is my time!" We laugh about it all the time.
Don't get me started on weekends. She will literally crawl in between us, ever so gingerly as not to disturb us and sleep between us as long as she can before one of us, usually my wife, gets her to move because she can't move the covers.
