Has anyone else not received their Census form?

About a month ago I got my notification that a form will be mailed but have not received it. I emailed my regional Census center to see what to do. I want to fill it out to avoid having one of those Census people come by the house. I just wonder if this is happening to more people. Texas (the state I live in) has the lowest returns so far. The national average is around 37% Texas is at 27%, so I wonder aside form the batshits in this state are alot of people just not getting them?

1. I filled mine out but I keep forgetting to send it off.

Its been sitting on my kitchen counter and I keep forgetting to grab it when I leave. I wish I could just fill it out online or something. I never check my snail mail.

2. I haven't received

the notification or the form. Apparently, there is a toll-free number to call if it hasn't been received. I guess I will have to look that up.
