6. That was a wobbler...
...I thought about adding them, but that was her nickname, so in the strictest sense it's more of an act with one member having a piece of fruit for a nickname rather than an act named after fruit.

Splitting hairs, I know...but if I don't do it, who else will?

I'm anxiously awaiting someone's post about a band that uses "pomegranate" in the name.

18. They were named after fruit but I wouldn't call them the greatest
I remember when they were on KOME's "Blazy & Bob" morning show and refused to play "No Rain," their only hit. They were never forgiven.

29. Not a fan, eh? Although I admit that my favorite Tangerine Dream track...
...isn't by Tangerine Dream at all, the Gilmour-ish guitar howl "Confrontation," on SOME...but not ALL...copies of the "Thief" soundtrack.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thief_%28soundtrack%29

After Tangerine Dream completed the soundtrack, Mann needed another sequence. As Tangerine Dream was on tour, Craig Safan composed and performed "Confrontation". The original 1981 Elektra LP released in the U.S. featured "Confrontation", but subsequent releases featured "Beach Scene" instead.

31. You flag the music as "annoying" and yet say nothing about Tom Cruise in his annoying underpants.
I'm learning a lot in this thread. Although sometimes ignorance is bliss, if you catch my drift.

"Too Much to Dream Last Night" edges "Incense and Peppermints."
