Has anyone seen any good arguments in favor of NCAA Tournament expansion? |
|
I sure haven't seen any.
Could you pass them my way, so hopefully I can get excited about the inevitable?

Often times you have a team from a mid-major conference win the regular season conference title but lose a game in the tournament and someone else from that same conference gets invited rather than the team that won it in the regular season. Try to get more mid-majors in there. Also while this year you had Arkansas-PB or Lehigh make the tournament where they are teams with very low RPI and very low conference RPI, in expansion you would have North Carolina or Dayton, much better teams.

4. I agree...the expansion is all about money...some teams do get left out... |
|
...but honestly, this year, was there any team that didn't make it that really had a legitimate shot?
