So, Who Else Thinks DU's Black,Red,& White Layout Needs To Change?
This December I will have been a poster here at DU for 10 years. Since I've been here DU has had the same layout with the black, red, and white background and layout.I think we need some change. New color. New logo. Something exciting. It looks to blah anymore like Drudge's site. Am I the only one who would like to see DU make some new colorful changes?

1. We could switch to a more Thomas Kincaide-inspired theme, I suppose.

2. I think this is the prettiest most colorful website I've ever seen.
Very easy to navigate, easy to see what's what...

I like it just the way it is...

Sorry...

3. Perhaps flashing yellow and orange backgrounds...

maybe with red lettering. Sort of like the Llama segment of the Holy Grail credits. Festive.

6. Well, skinner has 42 crates of bumper stickers in his attic...

...but once he runs out of those, he'll consider updating the logo.

Simple = fast and reliable.

Plus, the current layout doesn't draw undue attention when one is surfing at work. I even wonder if there shouldn't be an option to toggle the DU logo with a logo that says "Productivity PLUS!" for an even better disguise.

But then our Republican overlords ARE planning to fire everyone who voted for Obama, so we may not need to carry on the charade much longer anyway...

12. "Productivity PLUS!" logo = best idea ever
:patriot: +

I'm withholding my generous sponsorship dollars until this change is implemented.

14. Thank You...
It does have a certain slacker panache to it. Skinner? Elad? Make it so?

9. Can you imagine
the outright teeth-gnashing, screaming and absolute horror that this place would go thru?

DU just cannot handle any change! It would be pandemonium!

10. It's fine as is.
I can't stand websites with lots of flashy gee-gaws and folderol.

And I don't adapt well to change.

13. Yes!
DU should be more like this: http://www.teacherxpress.com/

Or this: http://www.lingscars.com/

Or even this one: http://www.havenworks.com/

If you want to sear the eyes out of your skull, look at this one: http://anselme.homestead.com/AFPHAITI.html (this is the actual Haiti News Network website)

If you're not secure in your faith, perhaps you should check this one out: http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/
