The golf gods giveth to Leftie, the golf gods taketh away from Leftie.
Never saw nuthin like that before. After yesterday's back to back eagles, including a miracle long shot, today Leftie is lining up for a five foot putt, and a moment before he strikes the ball a stamin from a pine tree lands on the course right in front of the hole. Leftie hits the ball, the ball hits the stamin, and voila! he misses a sure birdie for the lead! :wow:

There wasn't a pine tree for fifty yards, so this thing floated in from at least a Randy Moss touchdown away to land exactly in the right spot to cost Leftie the lead in the final round in the Masters. If he winds up losing by one, this will become legend, and probably a sure sign that some divine power or fate hates Phil Mickelson.

2. Crazy day all around
Did you see that shot by Adam Scott? The ball came nearly to a stand still, then it started rolling very slowly and then it picked up and rolled all the way to the hole. Someone, I forgot who, hit a hole-in-one.

Also Woods is fucking up as well.

3. Yeah. Westwood is too nervous, Phil's unlucky, Tiger looks like he doesn't trust himself.
Couples and Choi are playing damn well, though.

4. The Sun Devil putts it in for the win
It was tough rooting for Mickelson because of the Exxon ads but I'm glad he got the win regardless. :bounce:
