Ever take a big ole healthy swig out of a bottle of |
|
apple cider vinegar?
I do it 3 or 4 times a day. Whew!
It's a little harsh, but makes me feel warm inside.
Supposed to be good for many things.
Blood pressure, sinus problems, weight loss, aches and pains, for sunburn and insect bites.
And even makes your hair shine.
But drinking it straight without cutting it... harsh.
It's an acquired taste for sure.
Anyone else just swig on the stuff, or am I that much of a freak?

2. Yes, I notice many benefits from it, almost immediately after drinking it. |
|
Do a search and you'll see.
Plus, it is also good as a home cleaning solution.
But if you find it hard to take out of the bottle, just break it down with water or something.
Because it can be a real throat-burner.
I can feel that it's good for me right after I drink it.
It's a body warmer for sure.

4. Well, I've seen that there are several reported benefits. |
|
Do you feel better because you're drinking something bracing? Or is there more to it than that -- is your hair shinier, for example?

5. It's a warming feeling and seems to helps the circulation. |
|
Have only been at it for a month, so don't notice the hair yet.
My metabolism feels tuned nicely after a swallow.
Also I'm a big fan of body warmers... cayenne, ginger and curry, and even hot sauce.
I guess I tend to run hot.
I like the way I feel after a shot though.
It's a nice glow. Goes good with exercise too.

3. Friends of mine drink that... |
|
. ...as a sort of nutritional supplement, but I'm pretty sure they cut it with SOMETHING. . My friend of Polish descent says it's not in the least bit unusual for his family (and other Poles of his acquaintnce) to drink SHOTS of plain vinegar. . His mom used to make this heavily vinegar-laced green bean and kielbasa soup that was EXCELLENT!!! .

6. I was raised to drink it |
|
At least twice a day. Not that I do. . . But when it's on hand it's pretty good. If you dilute it with half water, then add honey and a pinch of cayenne pepper it makes a good energy drink. Mostly, I do just take it straight.
