1. it may have to do with the file size (in bytes) rather than its dimensions

2. i had that issue. jfeg? gif? have to be sure to have those set correctly

and if you already have something in the space, you have to make sure you change it to the gif or jfeg? that you chose.

i finally handed mine over to hubby to do. lol. good luck
