Seriously, where does extortion start, and demand for justice begin?


Seriously. Is not demanding a person show papers or be deported just extortion?

What is extortion, demanding something based on the threat of some retaliation.

Mutually assured destruction is basically extortion.

And all enforcements of laws are extortion.



So could someone explain to me when extortion is wrong, and when it is justified. I will probably have post later, but going to have to think on this, since it poses such an interesting question.


When is something extortion, and when is it justice?
