I've got everything together. Now I just need a buyer.

The price is real. I know it looks impossibly low to most of you, but we just have some of the lowest housing prices in the country here in Ohio. Our wages are lower as well, though.

I'm trying to sell this place on my own. I have it up on craigslist, too. It's been for sale for about 3 weeks I guess. I had one guy who wanted to do a land contract, but I had to turn that down. My aunt is a realtor and she's been helping me out a little on this. I'm thinking I might have to list it with her in order to generate interest in the property. What do you think? Are you more interested in looking at houses that are listed with a realtor or fsbo? Does it matter?

1. Did you also advertise it at Zillow.com?
Most realtors use that website.

3. Looks like a pretty good deal
$10 for a 6 month featured ad on a high traffic site.

4. You'll get more interest/showings and exposure to "real buyers" by going with a Realtor (your aunt?)
Unless there is something "really special"/exclusive about your property.....where Buyers will 'come to you' on their own.....you'll most likely be best off going with a Realtor to market your property.
