4. I loved it too

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson were great in the parts, and I loved how they showed the 1970s. The clothes, the music, and even little things like "Free to Be You and Me" made me nostalgic. I can't wait to get it on DVD for the special features. I haven't laughed so hard at a movie in a long time as when they watched the jail video camera tape in the captain's office. What a movie!

5. It's a VERY funny movie...

and even more funny for someone who grew up in th 70s. :)

The Addidas tennies, the RC Cola, the fondue pot -- here were a hundred little details that could be missed otherwise.

And the surpise ending -- my Mom and I were the only two in the theatre to immediately "get" what was going on. It was, sadly, lost on too many of the young'uns.

6. I liked it.

I'll see any movie with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson in it. I try to see all of Will Ferrell's movies, too, but I still haven't seen the Elf movie.

The only part I didn't like was (teeny spoiler white-fonted) the very end with the old Starsky and Hutch. That was lame.

7. I've been thinking about seeing a movie

I've got two free passes to the theaters. I just don't ever watch TV so I miss the all the trailers and I don't know what looks good. Thanks for the good reviews, I think I'll be seeing this one.
