Speaking of weddings

My friend wants me to co-host her bridal shower.

I have no idea what this entails.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this? :shrug:

1. I hosted one for a dear friend of mine.

Luckily, the weather was gorgeous and we were outside on the deck. I used her chosen wedding colors (with her permission) to accentuate everything. (Balloons & streamers, tablecloths, etc.) I even got some "m&m" candies in her colors.

I set up two of those "Lifetime" six foot tables, one for the shower gifts and one for the food. It was an early afternoon shower so we just had snacks and played fun games.

I used this website for the games. You can customize some of them and we had a blast!

2. co-host with who(m?)

it may mean doing the invitations and help setting up venue (decorate or organizing a restaurant, etc) greeting and seating the guests, keeping a gift list, making a fake bouquet out of ribbons and bows from said gifts, and of course hiring the male stripper.

(I'm her former colleague, so I already know the other co-host.)
