1. My wife has one. Fortunately for me, she uses it in bed at night when
I am asleep. So I have no idea what it is. I'll see if I can find it when I go home for lunch today.

5. i have used a couple different ones. yet to find one that works well.
i end up putting a towel over my lamp so it dims my light and not shine in hubbys face while he sleeps
