Is there a national real estate site where you don't' have to list a specific area?

We are open to moving almost anywhere but the real estate sites I've seen always want you to list a zip code, city or state. I would like to put in our particular requirements and then just "let 'er rip" and see what they come up with.

1. I don't think there is.

You got to pick SOMEWHERE and go from there.

Realtor.com will allow you to go 20 miles from your selected city. Homeseekers.com will allow you to start at the state level and then go down from there to designated areas.

My problem is the area I would LOVE to move to and live the rest of my life requires lots of $$$ which I don't have and you need a good few big ones to live there. For the cost of 1 house on Ocracoke I could find 2-3 good homes in Greensboro. But then the beach is a walk @ Ocracoke but a 4 hour drive in Greensboro.

leave the search field blank, hit go. It took me to seattle. I zoomed way out, zoomed back in till it was the US filling the map, then set criteria. Then you could zoom further on any area that jumps out at ya.
