You should have easily been with me more many many more years. You only had 90k miles on you and although you weren't the fanciest of cars, you got me from Point A to Point B with no hassle.

If I could keep you I would, but some idiot who took a left turn way too fast ended our time together

4. I'm sorry...
I saw your other post and it truly sucks! Through no fault of your own, you are now out all your time and effort just to deal with this. I hate that this happened to you.

6. I felt the same way when my beautiful 1981 Datsun 210 was murdered
by a red light runner.

I guess I should just be greatful that we both didn't end up in that great junkyard in the sky.

Glad you are okay even if your car is not.

8. I know how you feel. My Rav4 is part of the family. I hope to be driving it for....
another seven years. My neighbor has had his truck for fourteen years. They last forever if someone doesn't smash into them.

9. We had a similar experience with my wife's Saturn.
Great little car, ran great -- we had just had it tuned up and it was running like a champ.

Some dickhead smashed into it while it was parked on the street and took off; the car was totaled.

My wife and I were so sad...

10. I empathize. Same thing happened to me over Thanksgiving Holidays
with my Toyota Camry. Some guy pulled out in front of me and totalled it. Loved my Camry. It was a '03 model. Now I am in a '99 Misibushi Galant. Nice enough but not the same. ~ sigh ~
