Where the hell is this gem from? I have several Cure disk, and this isn't on any of them. I'm listening to Radio Paradise online, and all they display is song title and artist. It wasn't in the iTunes music store. I gotta have it!!!!!

5. If you can't find the Hendrix tribute album |
|
You could try to download it illegally, then send $1 to the Cure and $1 to Jimi Hendrix's father.

10. I've been discussing all kinds of criminal activity lately |

I only recommending illegal downloading if you seriously can't find the album. Although this is exactly what per-song music purchasing is for, so you can buy one good song on an otherwise crappy album without paying for the whole disc.
Can you buy it at one of the online sites (not iTunes, because iTunes sucks!).

Sorry. (Of course, I was joking about the "should I be talking to you" part...you know that, right?)

6. Ear candy indeed! I got a sweet tooth. |

I agree, it wasn't classic Cure, but that isn't why I liked it. Different sounds for different occasions, and that will go good on a dance mix. I like throwing weird covers of well-known oldies...it keeps the music fresh, but gets the shy something to jump up and dance to, because they know the song. Counting Crows "Big Yellow Taxi" is another good one. Totally sucks compared to Joni, but it isn't Joni...just ear candy.

know they did a version of Purple Haze! I love the Cure. I have been listening to "Burn" by the Cure on the Crow soundtrack. Big bummer when I hear "Pictures of You" on that television commercial. I still like that song though.

I'm not too crazy about the "popish" music they had put out, however their Darker years are awesome. Pornograph, Head On The Door, Three Imaginary Boys, Walk, Faith, Seventeen Seconds, Kiss Me 3, Staring At The Sea, Standing On The Beach, and the Anomolies are all good picks!

Buddy Guy doing "Red House".
And "Hey Joe" done by Body Count...all in all a very good disc.
