1. An What about the fucking "paid programs" that that run all the time?

Has anyone called their cable company for a refund for all the hours each day that these ads are on?
I'm going to call Comcast on Monday and ask where is it in my contract that I asked for and have to pay for these ads?
I had heard that the stations that Comcast rents? these programs from put these ads on so they can make money.
Sick of them and don't want to pay for them.
