1. I haven't, but I really need to.
No one ever talks about dental care in this country, but one's teeth have a direct effect on one's overall health. Duh.
I need extensive dental work, and as I'm sure you know, it is ridiculously expensive. I probably need about $10,000 worth, at least.
I have no dental insurance, but even if I did, most dental insurance doesn't cover jack shit.

PM me if you actually go somewhere to get your work done and let me know how it went for you.

Good luck!

2. I just got a perio estimate for some work in the $10,000 range.
Not even sure I need it. I have dental insurance through work-- you're right, it doesn't cover jack.

3. Tijuana for some
lots of people around here (San Diego) go down to Tijuana for their dental. You don't hear many horror stories, so I assume it's good work.

People do the same for auto work, too.

Hubby and I met Bill and Claire several years ago when we were thinking about buying property
in Belize. I would trust them.

9. I had my teeth cleaned in China a few times.
They did fine, but I wouldn't travel there for it. The good clinics charge about the same rate as what you'd pay in the West and the bad clinics...

My uncle goes to Thailand for dental work and swears by it.
