Oh dear, I just discovered that Tears for Fears is playing a free concert here this summer |
|
I am besides myself with excitement--last year we got George Clinton for free, this year we get Tears For Fears...most excellent.

Until I clicked on your profile and saw you were talking about Buffalo. Nothing wrong with Buffalo, but that's too far to drive for TFF.

I hear you get some great concerts in Buffalo. Wish I was so lucky. One of my favorites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzkK3ZtI9SU&feature=related

9. Awaiting the full summer schedule, which should be coming out in a couple of weeks |
|
We actually get a fair amount of awesome acts for free, so I'm hoping for a good one this year. So far the only really bummer was Neko Case getting rained out last year.

7. Well, they sure as hell couldn't play a pay concert. |
|
:P
Actually, Tears for Fears was one of the very few 80s bands that I thought actually showed some musicianship and did some interesting stuff. I loved their first (and only?) album. Haven't listened to it in ages, so don't remember it all, but I quite liked it.
