To the three dumbf_ck drivers I've encountered today (rant)

Driver #1:
You ought not speed up to prevent traffic from entering onto the highway. That's especially true if you have no traffic in the lane inside of you (thus permitting you to easily change traffic lanes) and if the traffic on the on ramp is driving at the speed limit on the highway. That's especially true if the entry ramp has been shortened for road construction. Fuck you. Learn to share the road.

Driver #2:
If you are driving on a busy city street put up the frickin cell phone and pay attention to the traffic around you. It is especially dangerous to weave in and out of traffic while tallking on that damned phone. Despite what you think you can't maintain a coherent conversation and know where the vehicles around you are. You wanted to change lanes and almost hit the car that was directly beside you. Fuck you. Don't be so sure that whoever you were talking to gives a fuck what you think or say. If you can't manage to shut your damn mouth and stay off the cell phone then buy a hands free device and fucking use it.

Driver #3:
Where do I even begin? You are speeding and tailgating in the other lane when a driver ahead of you slows to a stop to make a left across traffic. So you force yourself into the adjacent lane and continue tailgating with an even smaller margin of error. As soon as opportunity presents itself to change lanes you do so. And you have the opportuinity to continue in that lane with no traffic ahead to obstruct your progress. Instead of doing so you again switch lanes and come within inches of impacting a quarter panel and removing a front bumper. Had it not been for the evasive action of the other driver you would have. Fuck you. If you continue driving like that you will hurt or kill someone. But it is obvious that you are either too stupid to realize that or to self-absorbed to care. Fuck you. You should not enjoy the privilege of driving. I hope you lose that ability. And frankly I don't care how that happens. As long as you don't take anyone else with you then you can kill yourself in that car for all I care. Fuck you.

I'm staying in tonight.

1. These drivers must be everywhere because I see them daily
In California it's against the law to use a cell phone while you're driving. It hasn't stopped the idiots. And the tailgaters get nothing from me. I don't speed up for them. Let them go around me.

Beige Ford Focus
US 101 South/1 South/Redwood Highway, Marin County, Marin City/Sausalito Exit

Your full, complete stop in the 55/65 MPH lane next to the exit lane was the most dangerous and stupid thing I've seen all year. You nearly caused a multi-car pileup just so you wouldn't miss your precious fucking exit. Only a total nutcases pull moves like this. You should seriously lose your fucking license and bike/walk/take public transportation to your destination.

Oh ya, Fuck You Focus driver seen around ~8:40pm.

4. #5
When driving along a freeway (4 lane) and you encounter construction, and the sings notifying of a lane closure, it's not a race to the merge. Just blend in, you don't need to be first.

5. Related to that
the drivers that speed to the front of the lane that is being closed and then fail to slow down to merge into the remaining lanes.

most people were courteous and careful, though. I just don't understand the tail-gaters though, esp. in a rain storm... :wtf:

that being said, I hope we all are safe.
