Colbert was right!!!
In October 2004, the attorney general forwarded to the Banking Department the complaint of a former FRM worker.

She accused FRM of predatory lending, going as far as trying to sell refinancing to clients in bankruptcy.

"I hated lying to people so I left," she wrote.

She also said the company also disposed of documents with confidential information such as Social Security numbers and credit history into a Dumpster, where it was scattered by marauding bears.
