Does anyone have the Droid phone with Verizon? |
|
I am thinking of getting one, and I have read a lot of reviews on it, but I am wondering what my fellow DUers think. One of my main questions is about the battery life. Several of the customer reviews I've read say the battery life is bad. Is this true?
Other than the battery thing, is this phone as cool as it looks? Does anyone know if you can transfer iTunes songs to it?

and the battery life is her biggest complaint. She has it charging at every step of the way even bringing the charger with her (along with a car charger).
NEver used it but the microphone when it's used as an actual phone cuts in and out all the time (I know this from my calls to her). It's rather annoying.

Love it. Although it can be a bit addictive, I think it's worth the risk. One note, if you want to get your work email on the phone, you have to get the upgraded data plan.

5. I just got the Verizon Droid |
|
& haven't had to re-charge it since last Friday. If you keep the Wifi and the Bluetooth turned on, you will drain your battery faster. I don't turn those on unless I need to use them, and then after the use, turn them off again. I also put the phone to 'sleep' unless I need to call or answer the phone. I do think that's a pretty good battery life, IMHO. So far, I really like it-
