1. I found Target and CVS brand soft toothbrushes to be quite soft
I always buy soft toothbrushes, and they seem extra soft. My dentist advises using lighter pressure for two minutes when brushing teeth.

2. KMart - they have one for 90 cents that's made in the USA.
It is essentially a clone of the Colgate brand toothbrush but a shitload cheaper and made here rather than in China.

And then let your dog or cat work it over for a few hours.
