2. Shit, and I thought my 6' Mean Machine with a D engine was big!
It was painted solid black and it disappeared from sight on launch. It could take 15 seconds or so after that before you could even spot it on the way down.

3. 30+ years ago, I saw a model Saturn 5 launch.
Estes made a model Saturn 5, that some guy brought to the launching field.

It did a perfect powered ballistic flight. :rofl:

7. Yeah, I always wanted one of those. My rocket days were from about '76-'82
Finding a place to launch them without getting in trouble is much harder now.
