3. Pressing Insert coin once starts the game. Pressing it twice brings up Ms. Pac-Man
for a simultaneous 2-player game (both Pac-Man and Ms. Pac appear on the Pac-Man play area). Use the W, A, S, and D keys to control Ms. P.
