Your amicus brief should address constitutional issues, such as Does government have a significant prurient interest in regulating the sale of this product? Related questions -- such as Does Bazooka taste better? -- may be considered, if your argumentation is on-point.

Rules:

(2) Entries should be date-stamped before the Supreme Court takes up the case
(3) You are not required to wear or eat the actual clothing product to enter
(4) Judges reserve the right to determine that your entry is worthless without &c&c
(5) Ties could be resolved by nude mud wrestling
(6) Win bonus points by actually submitting your amicus brief to the Court
(6) Win extra bonus points if your brief actually sways Justice Kennedy
