should drug testing be required to get welfare?

my opinion? Having a disease ( addiction is very much a disease) does not relinquish your civil rights.......I think treatment should be given with the welfare and it will work out better for everybody in the long run...

your thoughts?

edit: I don't think drug testing should be required, this is my compromise with my ultra right "friends" on face book

Addicts still work and pay into the system, so they should be able to use it when they need it, just like everybody else.

Personally I don't worry about proper construction of languages phrases, since I do not play the game.

They serve the purpose I intend them to, anything else is just as the blog says, fun.
