Maybe not "communication" so much, but I once got a very
reluctant GF to pull my finger three times in our 5-year
relationship (and no, it was NOT the reason for our not
still being together... ... ... at least I don't think so).

The third time took some elaborate and, in all modesty,
really fucking impressive chicanery.

My ex-wife (German) and I could converse privately in
public here in the States in German, although the phrase
"He/she is an asshole" got us busted twice.
