Very smart penguin avoids three killer orcas.
by jumping into a boat. I love the way he just sits there with the people like he belonged there all the time. :)

1. I wonder how it knew the people weren't as dangerous as the whales?
I also wonder if the people escorted the penguin to safer territory.

2. Given Orcas excellence in hunting as a pod, the penguins survival is remarkable
I suspect the penguin would have tired out eventually and been a tasty tidbit for one of these whales.

He thinks the Orcas were mainly playing with the penguin. Of course the PENGUIN didn't know that...

5. He wrote that they were probably training a younger member of the pod to hunt.
The penguin had good reason to fear that the training would include instruction in the last step...
