My neighbor calls the ice cream truck the music truck!

Her little kids have no idea that it sells ice cream! What a great idea. Wish I thought of that when my daughters were young.

I still get an adrenaline rush when I hear that music. My kids, raise in the sticks have NO CLUE!
My oldest didn't know video games at the pizza place needed quarters until he was 5 or so hahahhahaha

7. We used to do that as well.

Worked like a charm for our first child, at least until he saw other kids making non-music-related purchases from the truck.

By the time our second child came along, the jig was already up.

I used to do that when my oldest was a little girl!

I don't remember her being angry, though, once she found out...

We used to sit on the couch and watch it go by.

10. You know what's weird? We had the bread truck rather than the

ice cream truck when we lived at Ft Davis, Panama. It sold sweet rolls and small cakes as well as bread. It had a bell that caused all the kids in the neighborhood to beg their parents for a dime so they could run out and buy something. My daughters are still nostalgic about that 30 years later!
