2. I dunno. Nixon seems epically tragic to me. Dubya just seems like a gullible sap.
Nixon robbed himself of a fairly successful presidential legacy (ending the war, building Detente, expanding & refining many of the Great Society programs) by his obsessive theft of an election he was going to win anyway. Bush, by contrast, just seems like the story of a bunch of self-deluded millionaires who accidentally let a monkey run loose in a china shop.
