I have an odd problem here, with my computer. |
|
Namely, when I use my web-cam, unless I use this little clip-on office light that shines in my face, my face is in shadow.
How do those here get around that problem?

Or possibly turn off the lights in the area behind you. Will force camera exposure to adjust, and your face, rather than the lamp behind you, will be the lightest thing it sees and may adjust accordingly. You may get "noise" though. Maybe find a shaded lamp that can sit in front of you, about 45 degrees off to one side, ideally a bit higher than eye level, and that might do the trick.
