The game of Monopoly is very simple.
If the people with money give money to the people without money whenever they need it everyone gets wealthier and the game never ends.

1. except even the best planners
cannot predict how many times they will land on one of their opponent's hotel-ridden spaces over and over while their opponent merrily skips along winning beauty pageants and get out of jail free cards... and THEN it ends. Even money from everyone bailing you out can't make you roll the dice any better.

4. The Anti-Monopoly Game
I was such a leftist mom. My kids grew up with this board game in the house. It's still in the house (although the kids are long-gone).

5. I like that.
I think the original Monopoly had a similar point to it but in our society we are very thoroughly conditioned NOT to see it.

The ugly rules constrain us. There has to be a winner.

The obvious answer is to change the rules.
