I just put a mint custard ice cream base in the fridge to chill over night..

Tomorrow I will make the first batch of ice cream of the season (mint and mint chocolate chip). Just 1/2 and 1/2, cream, sugar, and fresh mint, yummies I hope. Miss CP are you up for a pint or so?

Oh, wow, it's truly yummy!

The mint is strong, but I LOVE that...I don't taste the chocolate chips till later, while I'm digesting, while the remnants move around in my mouth!
