This is kinda gross, but strangely amusing, and thus perfect for the lounge:
Yesterday the kids discovered that a cat (ours?) had taken a dump in the hands of our meditating Buddha statue, out in the front yard.
His hands, held together in peaceful bliss, made the perfect shelf for the little "offering".
It had been there for a while, LOL!
The mundane with the sublime. Too funny. As a friend pointed out, it adds a whole new meaning to the words "holy shit!"
What's the oddest thing your cat has left you?

2. well we had a kitty leave a mangled mouse in front of our solar powered glow in the dark cat statue |
|
we laughed thinking maybe the cat thought the glowing kitty was an alien and was making a peace offering. your story is too funny !!

7. I have a friend whose cat brings him mangled, bleeding, birds |
|
and sometimes she'll jump up on the bed and drop it off getting blood all over the covers. What is REALLY funny is there are two other people in the house and the cat only brings her kills to my friend..lol

9. You've probably seen this already, but I thought it fit well with this thread. |

Excerpt from cat diary:
Day 983 of my captivity.
The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet. Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates my capabilities. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am. Bastards!

I'm  here. That is so funny!
I have 2 indoor cats, no offerings. I buried my 10 year old Tabby cat, Rogue 2 weeks ago.
This really made me chuckle.

6. I used to live in an apt complex that had 6 units. |
|
My cat Smokey was an excellent hunter. One morning a neighbor knocked on our door & asked us to come outside. Seems Smokey had taken it upon herself to provide for everyone who lived there. She left mousie corpses on every doorstep. She has long gone to Cat Heaven, but she surely earned her keep.

10. One day I went away for a weekend. My cat was nowhere to be found as I left but I knew. |
|
he was outside. I came back a day later to see if I could find "Monster". He had left a little "calling card" in the form of scat right on the railing beside the steps leading up to my apartment. LOL!
